My owner is ready for his next adventure, which leaves me the task of finding my new family. I was built to last in 1925 and have spent my life nestled on the hill enjoying spectacular sunrises and tempestuous storms rolling across the horizon. The winding path, from one of the three off road parking spaces, will keep you fit and lead you up to the spa pool and entertaining area with sweeping views. As you make your way up the steps, you'll enter through the sunroom and continue on to the master bedroom where you'll have to try hard not to lounge your days away on the window seat staring at the oceanscape.

If you're looking for character, I will not disappoint, with native timber details, stained glass windows, and ceiling roses. I'm modest but have to admit to being a bit of a beauty. You'll have some decisions to make when you enter the main living space, with multiple areas, perfect for relaxing, music, dining and entertaining. A few years ago my main bathroom had a wonderful makeover and you'll be spoiled for storage and functionality in the large kitchen diner that opens out onto the private patio.

Now for my exciting secret. Downstairs is where opportunity abounds. You'll discover three more bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom, separate entrance and deck, that would make the perfect space for older children, extended family or even an additional income.
